Cross-cultural business communication, Interdisciplinary approach to British culture, history, and politics
Dr. habil. PhDr. Ildikó Némethová, PhD. successfully completed her doctoral studies in 2010 at the Faculty of International Relations at the University of Economics in Bratislava, specialising in International Economic Relations. In 2021, she earned the title of Associate Professor (Dr. habil.) in Management and Organisational Sciences at the University of Sopron in Hungary. She is affiliated with the Faculty of Applied Languages at the University of Economics in Bratislava. Her research interests include cross-cultural business communication, cross-cultural leadership, and an interdisciplinary approach to British culture, history, and politics. She has participated in numerous international projects and strategic partnerships within the Erasmus+ program. Additionally, she has been actively involved in several projects supported by the Scientific Grant Agency of the Ministry of Education, Science, Research, and Sport of the Slovak Republic.
