On Wednesday, November 4, 2026, FAJ hosted two professors from Spain who specialize in teaching Spanish as a foreign language: Ivano Salmoiraghi, director of the DICE Language Institute in Salamanca, and Rebeca Pereira Urbón, a professor at that institute.
They specialize in Spanish language courses, as well as the training and professional development of Spanish language teachers and instructors. At EUBA, they conducted two courses: “The Use of AI in Teaching and Learning Spanish,” designed for students and teachers, and a methodological course on teaching grammar for teachers. Faculty members and students from the Faculty of Arts and Humanities (FAJ) and the Faculty of Management and Economics (FMV) attended the lectures. All participating students received vouchers to attend a summer Spanish course in Salamanca.
